My Mission:
My passion and mission is to help women triumph over emotional trauma and narcissist abuse using the ancient modalities of yoga, breathing, and mindfulness techniques and fully embrace their radiance and new life! I work with women who have a deep desire to find fulfillment, are curious, open-minded, and resourceful.
Through my programs, you will heal emotional trauma at the root, build a healthy self-esteem, and strong physical and emotional foundation from which to thrive and learn to live from a place of unshakeable love, strength, and inner truth.
My Story
I was born in Athens, Greece, and I was lucky enough to grow up surrounded by the majestic ancient mountains that were the inspiration for so many epic stories of gods, monsters, and heroes. From an early age, I was taught the Greek principles of spirituality, contemplation, clean living, to live in the moment, and of the meditative and healing powers of the Aegean Sea. All of these experiences and lessons have had a profound impact on my life.
That said, by my late 20’s I became aware that I was living an unbalanced life. And then came yoga…
“Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.”
— Wayne Dyer
This life-changing practice introduced me to myself, as a whole, integrated being; and it was exhilarating! The process of learning to channel my breath while challenging my body physically brought me to a point of incredible focus. I was empowered and amazed by how this ancient practice was teaching me how to fully live harmonised in my 21st century body.
In 2010, I began my journey as a yoga teacher as I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that my calling in life was to help others on their paths to integrated living. Predisposed with a fascination for cultural philosophies and modern anatomy, I devoted my time to intense study, realizing early on that the path to wholeness was complex and holistic.
Through all of this study and introspection I was brought face-to-face with a demon that I had been denying for years; my own emotional trauma.
At first, I was blindsided. But I was armed with years of yoga and meditation, so I doubled down. I immersed myself in holistic healing modalities. I read books and attended workshops.
I completed training on somatic and energetic trauma release techniques. I poured over scientific studies on the effects of mindfulness. I studied psychology, spirituality, and world religions. And I sought out coaches, spiritual masters, and energy guides, determined to make myself whole again.
And I found my TRANSFORMATION
Little did I know then that the ENTIRE journey was preparing me for my life’s passion and my calling; to help people heal through integrated yoga therapy.
As my teachings evolved, so did my programs and offerings. And today, it is my passion and joy to support women on their own transformative journeys, out of emotional trauma and on to the radiant lives they were meant to live.
Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working with some of the yoga universe’s most amazing and accomplished teachers. As a constant student of all things anatomical, spiritual, and therapeutic, I continue to be a constant student. It is my privilege to be a member of a movement that works toward teaching holistic and integrative approaches to health, wholeness, and equanimity.
Simply put, I am an admirer of bodies in motion, and healthy, flexible minds. To support others on their transformative journeys…well, that’s fuel for my soul.
